1. Parties and service
The Provider is individual entrepreneur Belgibayev Azamat — Belgibayev Azamat Talgatogich (the “Provider”). The User is a legally capable individual or a person acting with the consent of a legal representative.
The Provider grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the ExamHacks question bank, practice and full-length tests, analytics, AI explanations, AI Tutor, and other features included in the selected plan.
2. Contract formation
The agreement is formed when the user registers, starts using free features, or confirms payment for a paid plan. Before payment, the checkout displays the plan, billing period, currency, and total amount.
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and must not share accounts.
3. Plans, subscriptions, and promotions
- Current prices and plan contents appear on the Pricing page. The Free plan requires no payment card.
- Paid access lasts for the purchased period. Where checkout states that a subscription renews automatically, billing continues until the user cancels.
- Promotional codes follow their stated conditions. Each specific code may be redeemed by one account only once and has no cash value.
- Future prices and plan contents may change, but an already paid period will not be reduced without any remedy required by law.
4. Payment and access
Payments are processed through the secure Dodo Payments checkout. ExamHacks does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV, or 3-D Secure credentials.
Access activates after the payment provider confirms payment. The final currency, tax, exchange rate, and any fee are shown before payment confirmation.
5. Educational nature
ExamHacks is a practice and education service. Score projections, IRT estimates, and AI feedback are informational and do not guarantee an official exam result, admission, or certification.
AI features can make mistakes. Users should verify critical information and must not rely on the service as the sole source for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
6. Intellectual property
- The interface, software, original explanations, analytics, and ExamHacks brand are protected.
- Bulk downloading, resale, publication of the question bank, automated scraping, limit circumvention, and account sharing are prohibited.
- SAT, IELTS, and other exam names belong to their respective owners. ExamHacks is independent and does not claim official affiliation.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where fraud, security abuse, account sharing, content copying, or another material breach is reasonably suspected. Users may stop using the service and cancel future renewals through available subscription controls.
8. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable to the extent required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Send a claim to noreply@examhacks.study with the account, order number, and requested remedy. A reasoned response is provided within 10 calendar days. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
