1. Currency and final price
Prices can be viewed in USD, EUR, or KZT. Visitors from Kazakhstan are offered tenge by default. EUR and KZT values on plan cards are estimates converted from the USD base price using the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate.
The binding total is the amount displayed by Dodo Payments. Before confirmation, checkout shows the charge currency, tax, and any conversion or fee.
2. Payment procedure
- Choose a plan, billing period, and currency, and apply a valid promotion if available.
- Sign in and select the paid plan.
- Review the total and renewal terms on the secure Dodo Payments page, then enter payment details.
- After successful confirmation, you return to ExamHacks and the plan activates automatically. The payment provider supplies electronic confirmation.
3. Cards and security
Supported Dodo Payments cards include Visa and Mastercard. Availability depends on country, currency, and the issuing bank.
Card details are entered with the payment provider. ExamHacks retains only the technical transaction identifier and status.
4. Renewal and cancellation
If the selected product is a subscription, the billing period and automatic renewal are displayed before purchase. Cancellation stops future charges while access continues until the end of the paid period unless checkout terms or mandatory law provide otherwise.
5. Refund eligibility
- Duplicate billing, an incorrect amount, or missing paid access after payment confirmation.
- A proven material service defect not remedied within a reasonable or legally required period.
- Before digital access activates, upon user request. After usage begins, the refund amount considers access already supplied and mandatory consumer rights.
- Other requests are reviewed individually without limiting rights provided by Kazakhstan law.
6. How to request a refund
Email noreply@examhacks.study with subject “ExamHacks refund”. Include account email, order number, payment date and amount, reason, and requested remedy. Never send a full card number or CVV.
The request is reviewed and, if disputed, a reasoned written response is provided within 10 calendar days. Approved refunds are sent through Dodo Payments to the original method and currency; settlement time depends on the bank and card network.
7. Errors and disputed charges
If payment fails, check bank limits and 3-D Secure first. For an unknown charge, contact the bank immediately and notify ExamHacks. A chargeback does not replace a mandatory claim procedure where one applies by law.
